What's Happy Hour?
Happy Hour Drinks everyday 5 - 7pm:
$7 Prosecco, Sawmill Pilsner, House Vino (Red/White), $28 Sangria Jug (summer only).
Happy Hour Meal Monday-Friday 5-6pm:
$13 Pasta Pomodoro, with Parmesan, Oregano, Chilli and Pangrattato Shakers. This pasta can be vegan and gluten free friendly. Please note, if you are dining inside for happy hour pasta, we ask kindly that the table is vacated by 7pm.
What's Monday Night Hospo Night?
Mondays we invite other Hospo workers to BYO their wine. This is to encourage engagement amongst ourselves and others within the Auckland hospitality community. So...if you carry plates, wash dishes, cook food, seat people or clear tables then come along with a bottle! The only corkage is a glass to your waiter or the chef.
What are the Set Menu Options for Group Bookings?
For Groups of 14 and Under: $65 three-course set menu, including shared antipasti, choice of mains from our signature dishes, with shared sides, and pudding.
For Groups of 15 and Over: $65 three-course set menu, including shared antipasti, two sharing style mains, with shared sides, and pudding.
How Do I Book the Private Dining Room?
Follow the link on our contacts page to book our Private Dining Room. It seats up to 14 people on one table, or up to 20 across two tables, on a $65/head Sharing-Style three-course menu. You can book anytime, Monday-Saturday. For enquiries of more than 14 people, please email [email protected]
Does Coco's Supply Cakes For Group Bookings?
Yes! Our celebration cakes are from our fabulous neighbor The Caker. They are $60-each and need to be ordered from us 2 days in advance (Serves 8). So if you have a group booking, just let us know and we'll have it ready!

Can You Bring Your Own Cake?
We charge a $5/head cakeage fee. If you'd like to bring your own cake, thats totally cool! We'll put some candles in it, light them up, and plate the cake for you.
Are We Gluten Free/Vegan Friendly?
Yes. Our kitchen can cater to most dietary requirements, and if we can alter a menu item to suit your requirements, we will. Otherwise our amazing kitchen will work with what they can to whip something up. Check in with your waiter when you sit down, and they'll let you know what we have available on the day.
Are We Free-Range/Organic?
Yes, wherever possible, we use organic produce (we're about 95% organic at present). Our meats, dairy products, and eggs are all free-range and organically farmed in New Zealand. Our fruit and vegetables are, where possible, organically produced. If we can't get produce to meet our ethical and sustainability standards, we won't use it. For more information on our suppliers, feel free to ask any of our waiters or staff, or check out the back of our menu!
Why Don't We Take Bookings?
It's expensive for us to confirm bookings, in time, labour, and the phone bill; It allows us greater flexibility around what time people come, as most diners unconsciously prefer to eat dinner between 7pm and 8pm; It's also more fun! Coco's is an experience, not just a feed. Having a drink around the bar should be fun, and it helps create a relaxing environment.
What If You're a Big Group?
We take two bookings per night for a minimum of 10 people, one in the Main Dining Room (to be seated by 6.30pm), and one in the Private Dining Room (no time restriction). Bookings run on a $65 three-course set menu. You can book by following the link on our contacts page. If these options don't suit your group, then you can just turn up!
Can You Save a Table for Your Group When You Arrive?
No. When you arrive, we'll put you on the waitlist and give you a wait-time, but we don't sit you down until all of your group arrives. This allows us to utilise our small space efficiently, and minimise the wait for a table for everyone as best as we can.
How Long is the Wait for Food?
Your food takes as long as it takes. We are a busy restaurant and we make good food. This means that sometimes food takes longer than you expect to arrive in front of you. Ideally, we want food to come out as fast as possible for you. We aim to give you the best experience we can. If we think food is going to take longer than it should, we'll do our best to let you know in advance.
What Time Does Our Kitchen Close?
It depends how busy we are. On our busier nights we may close the kitchen at 10pm. On quieter nights we may close anywhere between 9pm and 10pm. If you're unsure, its always a good idea to ring ahead and check if we're still serving.
